164.3573 Deposit of receipts for services. The receipts for services rendered by the Governmental Services Center pursuant to KRS 164.3571 to 164.3573 shall be deposited in the State Treasury and credited to the trust and agency fund of the Governmental Services Center's operating account. Effective: July 13, 1990 History: Created 1990 Ky. Acts ch. 301, sec. 3, effective July 13, 1990.
