164.291 Student body president to receive honorarium -- Effect. The president of the student body of any state university may receive an honorarium for his service. The receipt of such honorarium or other compensation from the university shall not constitute a conflict of interest in the event he serves on the governing board of the university. Effective: June 17, 1978 History: Created 1978 Ky. Acts ch. 392, sec. 1, effective June 17, 1978.
