152.240 Supplementary agreement -- Appropriation requirement. Any supplementary agreement entered into under Article VI of the compact, requiring the expenditure of funds shall not become effective as to the Commonwealth until the required funds are appropriated by the General Assembly. Effective: June 16, 1960 History: Created 1960 Ky. Acts ch. 113, sec. 5, effective June 16, 1960.
