15.828 Judicial proceeding to secure support. The Office of the Attorney General may appear in any judicial proceeding on behalf of the dependent child in order to secure support for the child from his parent or parents. Effective: July 1, 2025 History: Repealed, reenacted, renumbered, and amended 2023 Ky. Acts ch. 124, sec. 22, effective July 1, 2025. -- Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 343, sec. 13.
