14.030 Commonwealth seal, custody of -- Seal of Secretary of State. The Secretary of State shall keep the seal of the Commonwealth, and a seal of office with the following device: The American eagle, in the center, surrounded by the words "Commonwealth of Kentucky, Office of the Secretary of State."
