131.230 Interstate comity. The courts of this state shall recognize and enforce statutes concerning taxation constitutionally imposed by other states that extend like comity. History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 4114h-17.
