118.475 Time of election of representatives in Congress. The election of representatives in Congress shall be held on the Tuesday next after the first Monday in November in every even numbered year. Effective: June 21, 1974 History: Created 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 130, sec. 133, effective June 21, 1974.
