117.027 State board to promulgate record-keeping requirements. The State Board of Elections shall promulgate administrative regulations and procedures necessary to: (1) Designate which election records and materials shall be retained; (2) Establish the manner in which the records and materials shall be maintained; (3) Establish by whom the records shall be maintained; and (4) Establish the period of time the records shall be retained, but such records shall be retained for not less than twenty-two (22) months.
