100.408 Waiver or amendment of agreed-upon binding element -- Approval of legislative body required. Notwithstanding any provision of KRS 100.401 to 100.419 to the contrary, a planning commission shall not waive or amend an agreed-upon binding element added by the legislative body without the approval of the legislative body of the local government exercising planning authority.
