70.079 Process not to be returned "prevented by force." It shall not be a sufficient return of any process, that the officer was prevented by force from executing it. Effective: July 1, 1953 History: Transferred 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 84, sec. 1, effective July 1, 1953, from C.C. sec. 677.
