70.076 Sheriff to indorse time of receiving process. The sheriff shall indorse upon every summons, order of arrest or for the delivery of property, or of attachment, or injunction, in his hands, the day and hour of its reception by him. Effective: July 1, 1953 History: Transferred 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 84, sec. 1, effective July 1, 1953, from C.C. sec. 674.
