453.090 Removal of action -- Tribunal giving final judgment to award costs. When, by any procedure, an action is taken from one tribunal to another, and the latter gives final judgment, and proceeds to execute it without remanding the cause to the inferior tribunal, the tribunal rendering the final decision shall adjudge costs according to the provisions of this chapter, and issue execution therefor.
