433.894 Unlawful acts relating to purchase or disposition of metals -- Penalty. (1) (2) A person is guilty of unlawful acts relating to purchase or disposition of metals when the person violates any provision of KRS 433.890 other than the recordkeeping provisions. Unlawful acts relating to the purchase or disposition of metals is a Class B misdemeanor. Effective: July 14, 2022 History: Amended 2022 Ky. Acts ch. 119, sec. 3, effective July 14, 2022. -- Created 2008 Ky. Acts ch. 83, sec. 3, effective July 15, 2008.
