432.120 Forging names on petition, memorial, remonstrance. Any person who signs any name to a petition, memorial or remonstrance intended for presentation to the General Assembly, a county judge/executive or the Governor, without authority from the person whose name is signed or where there is no such person, shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500).
