423.465 Conflict between laws. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this chapter and any other law in this state, the provisions of this chapter shall control. Effective: January 1, 2020 History: Created 2019 Ky. Acts ch. 86, sec. 36, effective January 1, 2020.
