393.250 Source of payment of expenses -- County attorney to collect judgments. Any necessary expense required to be paid by the state in administering and enforcing this chapter shall be paid out of the abandoned property fund. Effective: July 14, 2018 History: Amended 2018 Ky. Acts ch. 163, sec. 92, effective July 14, 2018. -- Amended 2003 Ky. Acts ch. 95, sec. 4, effective June 24, 2003. -- Amended 1994 Ky. Acts ch. 58, sec. 18, effective March 10, 1994; and ch. 83, sec. 10, effective July 15, 1994. -Amended 1976 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 17, sec. 51, effective January 1, 1978. -- Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 1620. Legislative Research Commission Note (7/15/94). This section was amended by 1994 Ky. Acts chs. 58 and 83. Where these Acts are not in conflict, they have been codified together. Where a conflict exists, Acts ch. 83, which was last enacted by the General Assembly, prevails under KRS 446.250.
