390.260 Authority to release. A powerholder may release a power of appointment, in whole or in part, except to the extent the terms of the instrument creating the power prevent the release. Effective: July 15, 2020 History: Created 2020 Ky. Acts ch. 41, sec. 25, effective July 15, 2020.
