382.285 Purchase money deed of trust or mortgage granted by the purchaser -Priority over prior lien. A purchase money deed of trust or mortgage granted by a purchaser shall have priority over a prior lien under KRS 426.720 against the purchaser. Effective: July 14, 2022 History: Created 2022 Ky.
