341.715 Authority to end state participation in enhanced benefit program. (Effective January 1, 2023) The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Kentucky may end the Commonwealth's participation in any enhanced federal benefit program in a manner consistent with any applicable federal laws at any time during the duration of the program. Effective:January 1, 2023 History: Created 2022 Ky. Acts ch. 21, sec. 10, effective January 1, 2023. Legislative Research Commission Note (1/1/2023). 2022 Ky. Acts ch. 21, sec. 26, provides that the Act, which created this statute, may be cited as the Unemployment Insurance Sustainability Act of 2022.
