324A.154 Applicant filing fee for appraisal management company to be established by administrative regulations. The board shall promulgate administrative regulations, with the approval of the executive director of the Kentucky Real Estate Authority, establishing a reasonable filing fee to be paid by each appraisal management company seeking registration under KRS 324A.152. The filing fee shall include the annual fee for inclusion in the national registry maintained by the Appraisal Subcommittee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council.
