30A.425 Duties of interpreter. The duties of the interpreter may include: (1) Interpreting during court and court-related proceedings, including any and all meetings and conferences between client and his attorney; (2) Translating or interpreting documents; (3) Assisting in taking depositions; (4) Assisting in administering oaths; (5) Such other duties as may be required by the judge of the court making the appointment. Effective: January 2, 1978 History: Created 1976 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 22, sec. 69, effective January 2, 1978.
