304.99-120 Penalties for violation of Subtitle 13. The commissioner may, if he or she finds that any person or organization has violated any provision of Subtitle 13, impose a penalty of not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each violation, but if the commissioner finds such violation to be willful he or she may impose a penalty of not more than five thousand dollars ($5,000) for each such violation. Such penalties may be in addition to any other penalties provided by law. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 24, sec. 1658, effective July 15, 2010. -- Created 1982 Ky.
