304.33-550 Ancillary summary proceedings. The commissioner in his or her sole discretion may institute proceedings under KRS 304.33-110 or 304.33-120 at the request of the commissioner or other appropriate official of the domiciliary state of any foreign or alien insurer having property located in this state. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 24, sec. 1458, effective July 15, 2010. -- Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 301, subtit. 33, sec. 55, effective June 18, 1970.
