272.335 Foreign association doing business. A foreign association may be authorized to transact business in this Commonwealth upon compliance with the provisions of KRS 14A.9-010. Effective: June 8, 2011 History: Amended 2011 Ky. Acts ch. 29, sec. 11, effective June 8, 2011. -- Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 151, sec. 58, effective January 1, 2011. -- Amended 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 23, sec. 178, effective January 1, 1989. -- Amended 1972 Ky. Acts ch. 112 sec. 8; and ch. 274, sec. 151. -- Created 1966 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 34. Legislative Research Commission Note (6/8/2011). 2011 Ky. Acts ch. 29, sec. 24, provides that the amendments to this section in 2011 Ky. Acts ch. 29, sec. 11, are retroactive to January 1, 2011.
