243.250 Business authorized by quota retail drink license. A quota retail drink license shall authorize the licensee to purchase, receive, possess, and sell distilled spirits and wine at retail by the drink for consumption on the licensed premises, or off-premises consumption pursuant to KRS 243.081. The licensee shall purchase distilled spirits and wine only from licensed wholesalers. Effective:March 15, 2021 History: Amended 2021 Ky.
