2.990 Penalty. Any person violating any of the provisions of KRS 2.060 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100) or imprisoned for not more than thirty (30) days, or both. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 2089i-5.
