198B.720 Notification to board. A licensee shall notify the board within thirty (30) days of any change of: (1) Name; (2) Name under which the licensee conducts business; or (3) Business address. Effective: July 13, 2004 History: Created 2004 Ky. Acts ch. 109, sec. 11, effective July 13, 2004.
