198B.4035 Reapplication after revocation of license. If the license of an elevator contractor or elevator mechanic is revoked for any reason, the former licensee may, at the conclusion of the revocation period, reapply for his or her license. Effective: July 1, 2011 History: Created 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 116, sec. 17, effective July 1, 2011.
