198B.330 Workers exempt from liability. No liability under KRS 198B.310 to this section shall be created as to workers who are employees of a contractor, subcontractor, or other employer responsible for compliance with KRS 198B.310 to this section. Effective: July 15, 1980 History: Amended and reenacted as KRS 198B.330, 1980 Ky. Acts ch. 188, sec. 7, effective July 15, 1980. -- Created 1970 Ky. Acts ch. 227, sec. 4.
