156.806 Career and Technical Education Advisory Committee -- Purpose -Members. (1) (2) The commissioner of education shall establish and appoint members to a Career and Technical Education Advisory Committee to advise the Department of Education on the development of a robust and effective career and technical education program. The committee shall include representatives of business, industry, and the Kentucky Community and Technical College System; the commissioner of the Department of Workforce Development; and any other individuals deemed appropriate by the commissioner of education. Effective:July 1, 2022 History: Amended 2022 Ky. Acts ch. 236, sec. 64, effective July 1, 2022. -Created 2013 Ky. Acts ch. 59, sec. 2, effective June 25, 2013.
