99.150 General corporation laws apply. The provisions of the general corporation law as presently in effect and as hereafter from time to time amended, shall apply to redevelopment corporations, except where such provisions are in conflict with the provisions of KRS 99.010 to 99.310. Effective: June 2, 1942 History: Created 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 36, sec. 7.
