98.380 City to be reimbursed by fiscal court for cost incurred by civil service board by reason of requirement of KRS 98.370. The fiscal court shall reimburse the city of the first class for costs incurred by the city civil service board by reason of the requirement of KRS 98.370, as may be provided for in any agreements executed pursuant to KRS 98.330 to 98.390. Effective: June 6, 1956 History: Created 1956 (1st Extra. Sess.) Ky. Acts ch. 3, sec. 9, effective June 6, 1956.
