98.150 Procedure on completion of building or improvement. When the commission decides that any building or improvement, or any distinct portion thereof, has been completed and is ready for actual use, the commission shall notify the department of the city that has charge of buildings or improvements of the character of the one (1) completed, and such department shall thereafter have exclusive control of the building or improvement. Prior to that time the commission shall have sole supervision and control, notwithstanding the provisions of KRS 98.010. History: Amended 1962 Ky. Acts ch. 210, sec. 18. -- Recodified 1942 Ky.
