96.546 Alternate method. KRS 96.541 to 96.545 are intended to create an additional and alternate method for the acquisition of the artificial gas systems mentioned in KRS 96.542, and are not intended to alter, amend or repeal any other statute. History : Created 1946 Ky. Acts ch. 68, sec. 6.
