91.527 City may hold, sell, transfer, lease, or use real estate purchased at a commissioner's sale.

91.527 City may hold, sell, transfer, lease, or use real estate purchased at a commissioner's sale. Any property or real estate acquired by the city by virtue of purchase at the commissioner's sale shall be held by the city and any property so held may be sold, transferred, leased or otherwise utilized by the city within its sole discretion.
