91.521 Appeal from judgment confirming or disapproving commissioner's sale and distribution of proceeds.

91.521 Appeal from judgment confirming or disapproving commissioner's sale and distribution of proceeds. The collector or any interested person or anyone on behalf of any incompetent may appeal from the judgment confirming or disapproving the commissioner's sale and the distribution of proceeds. No questions may be raised upon the appeal that could have been raised upon an appeal from the judgment of the sale. The appeals shall be taken within thirty (30) days after the date of the judgment. The necessity for giving bond and the provisions thereof shall be the same as in the case of appeal from the judgment of sale. Effective: July 15, 1980 History: Created 1980 Ky.
