81A.484 Presumption of annexation's validity when not challenged within two years. Any area annexed by a city pursuant to this chapter shall be conclusively deemed to be validly annexed if no person has contested the annexation in a court of competent jurisdiction within two (2) years following the effective date of the ordinance finally annexing the territory into the city.
