77.090 Air pollution control officer, assistants, deputies and other employees in counties not containing a consolidated local government or a city with a population of 20,000 or more.

77.090 Air pollution control officer, assistants, deputies and other employees in counties not containing a consolidated local government or a city with a population of 20,000 or more. (1) (2) (3) In all counties other than those provided for in KRS 77.070 or 77.085, the air pollution control board of the air pollution control district may appoint an air pollution control officer, and may provide for assistants, deputies, clerks, attaches and other persons to be employed by the air pollution control officer, and the times at which they shall be appointed. An air pollution control officer appointed pursuant to this section shall have the qualifications set forth in KRS 77.085. Such air pollution control officer may be removed by the board, for cause, in the manner provided for the removal of air pollution control officers in subsection (3) of KRS 77.085.
