73.060 Execution of orders of survey. Every surveyor shall promptly and faithfully execute every order of survey made by any court of lands lying in his county, and make out and return a true plat and certificate of his survey, accompanied by explanatory notes. Effective: October 1, 1942 History: Recodified 1942 Ky. Acts ch. 208, sec. 1, effective October 1, 1942, from Ky. Stat. sec. 4674.
