70.075 Duty of sheriff to attend clerk's office. It shall be the duty of the sheriff, or of one (1) of his deputies, to attend at the clerk's office daily -- Sundays excepted -- to receive any process that may be issued, and the clerk shall deliver to him any process remaining in his office. Effective: July 1, 1953 History: Transferred 1952 Ky. Acts ch. 84, sec. 1, effective July 1, 1953, from C.C. sec. 46.
