67C.327 Promotional lists in existence upon establishment of consolidated local government -- Merit board. Upon the establishment of a consolidated local government merit board, the existing or currently promulgated promotional lists of the merit and civil service boards of the previously existing county and city of the first class governments shall remain in effect until their normal expiration date, or no longer than two (2) years after the effective date of the ordinance required to be enacted by KRS 67C.303.
