65.420 Acquisition of easements, purposes. Local legislative bodies may obtain scenic and recreation easements in the Commonwealth for the purposes of providing necessary land for park development, restoration or preservation of scenic beauty, restoration or preservation of areas of historical interest, community development purposes and similar public purposes. History: Created 1972 Ky. Acts ch. 312, sec. 2.
