620.330 Support services for State Citizen Foster Care Review Board. (1) (2) Secretarial and support services for the State Citizen Foster Care Review Board may be provided by the Administrative Office of the Courts. The State Citizen Foster Care Review Board may receive state and federal funds to insure total or partial funding of the board's activities. Effective: July 15, 1998 History: Amended 1998 Ky. Acts ch. 278, sec. 16, effective July 15, 1998. -- Amended 1996 Ky. Acts ch. 301, sec. 16, effective July 15, 1996. -- Created 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 423, sec. 94, effective July 1, 1987.
