620.160 Motion to seal child's record. Upon attaining majority, a person who was the subject of an action under this chapter may make a motion for the sealing of records relating to a petition filed under this chapter. In its discretion, the court may order the record unsealed for good cause shown. Effective: April 10, 1988 History: Amended 1988 Ky. Acts ch. 350, sec. 53, effective April 10, 1988. -- Created 1986 Ky. Acts ch. 423, sec. 77, effective July 1, 1987.
