620.095 Restriction on placement of nonoffender. A nonoffender, as defined in KRS 600.020, shall not be placed in secure or nonsecure detention. Effective: July 15, 2008 History: Created 2008 Ky. Acts ch. 87, sec. 6, effective July 15, 2008.
