61.924 Use of public emergency vehicles. Duly commissioned special law enforcement officers shall have the right to use and operate public emergency vehicles in accordance with KRS 189.910 through 189.993. Effective: January 1, 1977 History: Created 1976 Ky. Acts ch. 178, sec. 14, effective January 1, 1977.
