61.720 Definitions. As used in KRS 61.710 to 61.780: "Financial interest" means an economic interest in the form of stocks, bonds, realty, equity or credit or interests in a corporation, proprietorship or partnership or otherwise. Effective: Amended 1974 Ky. Acts ch. 308, sec. 26. -- Created 1972 Ky. Acts ch. 229, sec. 2.
