61.593 Retirement allowance of former member in hazardous position. Any former member of the Kentucky Employees Retirement System who was determined to be in a hazardous position in accordance with KRS 61.592(1) and (2) and whose service retirement from such position was effective after such determination but prior to July 1, 1976, due to the revocation of any medical certification required for the continued performance of the duties of the hazardous position shall have his retirement allowance recomputed in accordance with KRS 61.592 as amended by Chapter 321, Section 21, Acts of the 1976 General Assembly.
