61.569 Reinstated employee -- Contributions on creditable compensation.

61.569 Reinstated employee -- Contributions on creditable compensation. (1) (2) A reinstated employee who has been ordered reinstated by the Personnel Board under authority of KRS 18A.095 or by court order or by order of the Human Rights Commission shall tender to the system the member contribution he would have paid on the creditable compensation he would have earned as defined under KRS 18A.105 had he not been dismissed. The employer shall pay the employer contributions as defined under KRS 18A.105 on the member's creditable compensation. No service credit shall be allowed for any time that the member contributions are not paid. Effective: July 14, 1992 History: Amended 1992 Ky.
