61.020 Commissions, which officers required to have. The following officers shall have commissions issued to them by the Governor: Secretary of State, Auditor of Public Accounts, Treasurer, Commissioner of Agriculture, Superintendent of Public Instruction, Justices of the Supreme Court, clerk of the Supreme Court, Judges of the Court of Appeals, clerk of the Court of Appeals, railroad commissioners, Judges of the Circuit Courts, District Judges, county judges/executive, Commonwealth's attorneys, justices of the peace, and all the officers of the militia of rank and grade higher than and including the rank and grade of captain.
